Steven Pinker and Paul Bloom wrote a long article in 1990 ( Natural language and natural selection ) which confront opposing theories on the evolution of language, the theory is undoubtedly correct, as indeed the authors , that is compatible with the current version of the modern synthesis of Darwinism. Reading the article, therefore, produces a strange effect: you feel that you would imagine reading an article contemporary show their need to refute today geocentrism. Pinker and Bloom are forced (by the likes of Noam Chomsky and Massimo Piattelli Palmarini) to talk about anything. But why ??!!!
