Abstract:
- which by resolution GPnn. 62/13807 of 23.02.2010, enforceable by law, is
been approved the preliminary design for rehabilitation works of roads
of the provincial road n. 2 Way Coppull, the stretch from Km 22 +200 to Km 23 +400,
total amount of € 270,735.32 including VAT 20%;
- which by resolution GP nn. 81/18017 of 08.03.2010 enforceable by law, was
approved the final draft of this work
of the total amounting to € 270,735.32 including VAT 20%, on the following economic framework:

subsequently the City Council of Berra, concerned by the intervention in
object, because of great inconvenience to road closure due to traffic,
agreed on the need to enforce it not the case; that over the last few months have occurred other pressing needs that require
the availability of financial resources not provided in current budget .
As for the speech that they consider the issue not so
extreme emergency as declared by the Sole of the procedure, with a note on file;
intended to lift its previous resolutions GP nn. 62/13807/2010 and
81/18017/2010, instructing the manager to the adoption of acts compente

in order, respectively, the regular technical and accounting;
